We also collect usage data automatically, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns through cookies and similar technologies.

We use your information to: (a) provide, maintain, and improve the Platform; (b) process transactions and send related information; (c) send transactional emails (verification, password resets, contract updates, payment confirmations); (d) enable communication between clients and freelancers; (e) display your public profile to other users; (f) detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats; (g) comply with legal obligations.

3. Information Sharing

We share your information with: (a) other Platform users as necessary (e.g., your public profile, application details); (b) Stripe for payment processing; (c) Brevo for transactional email delivery; (d) service providers who assist in Platform operations; (e) law enforcement when required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), hashed passwords (bcrypt), secure session management, and regular security audits. While we strive to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
